In my opinion sports is the best way to lose weight. Go to the gym certainly is not for everyone and there where I felt out of place and open. I always felt that people are looking, talking and laughing at me behind my back. Maybe I'm too paranoid.

I personally would recommend hiring a personal trainer. Now you may think that only the rich and famous might be able to do this but you would be wrong. There are many personal fitness trainer who either connected to the gym or who advertise in local newspapers or magazines.

These are specially trained people who are willing to come to your house to show you how to exercise properly and they do not cost arm and leg.

If you have tried this route before, but have had negative experiences do not despair. Maybe because you just do not directly familiar with your personal trainer. I've been using a personal trainer for the last five months and just patted for him after trying four other people first.

My personal trainer is very good for me. He kept me on my feet, very well made me continue to work hard when all I want to do is stop. He is also very unfair and seems to understand how far to push me. Together we have succeeded and approve a program that includes a variety of goals for the future. He also seems to understand about the types of foods I should and should not eat. I am happy to still be eating many foods that I like and he also introduced me to some other ideas that healthy but also very delicious.

Hired a personal trainer is the best thing I've ever done with regards to losing weight and I would recommend it to others. Now I have lost the beer belly and still continue to work hard, as it is now more fitness than to lose more weight.

The coach has even stated that I will actually lose weight in the future as certain muscles to grow. I do not get fat though, I'll be a tight and small but muscular. I hope for the future and can also for the first time in several years to enjoy shopping for clothes.
