Does Milk Really Help With Weight Loss?

You think that milk good for your body? If yes then you really need to read this article in its entirety. Too many people believe like you, and I can not blame anyone for this because dairy farmers are responsible for all this. They claim that milk will help strengthen your bones because of the presence of calcium in it. They also claim that the milk will provide increased energy like that you will feel like a superman. Obviously, they want you to believe in this way so that they can cash in your gullibility. However, like other myths that do rounds of the weight-loss industry, this is also a myth.

1. As a matter of fact, the milk you buy from your local store rather than whole milk, it has been processed with the help of pasteurization, that is has been boiled at a temperature of 160 Celsius and then cooled. Milk pasteurized to kill any and all bacteria present in raw milk. On the other hand, pasteurization not only kills germs, but also beneficial nutrients in it. Enzymes such as lipase and phosphates can be more beneficial for your body, but you will not get those enzymes in the pasteurized milk that you buy from your local store.

But That's not the end of the story. Pasteurization also kills as immunoglobulin antibodies contained in raw milk. Immunoglobulin help your immune system against various diseases. As you can see, the milk was not beneficial for you, at least not the people who came in a closed package.

When finished pasteurized, homogenized milk to keep the cream on the bottom. Once this is done, some synthetic vitamins are added to in order to make 'nutritious'. However, remember that synthetic vitamins are not and will never be able to replace the natural vitamins. They are man-made chemicals and will do more harm than good for your body.

2. Milk causes weight gain, contrary to what you might believe, the milk will really make you gain weight than lose it. If you are in the habit of drinking milk frequently, it is not surprising that you have become overweight. When you drink more and more milk, you will get more and more weight.

3. Milk causes a number of other diseases, weight addition, there are many harmful side effects of drinking milk, such as skin allergies, cancer, acne, arthritis, constipation, etc.

Do you still want to drink milk?
